Arangetram in 2003, with training in two distinct Bharatanatyam lineages - teaching the beauty, discipline, and cultural richness of a timeless art form.
Background & Training
Arundithi Ananth is a dedicated Bharatanatyam artist who completed her Arangetram in 2003. She received her classical training in both the Dandayuthapani Pillai and Kalakshetra traditions, studying under the daughter of the renowned Bharatanatyam exponent Prof. C. V. Chandrasekhar.
With a strong foundation in traditional Bharatanatyam, she teaches within Spotlight Academy's Bharatanatyam program alongside Artistic Director Vaijayanthi K. Raghavan.
Teaching Philosophy
Arundithi is passionate about sharing the beauty, discipline, and cultural richness of this timeless art form. Her teaching aims to develop both technical excellence and expressive artistry, so that students grow as complete performers rather than as technicians alone.
